Step 1: Download WinScan by clicking on the link above. (approx 2.9 MB). Step 2: Run WinScanInstall.exe to extract the WinScan set-up program and start installing WinScan. Step 3: Accept the defaults and install WinScan. Step 4: To start using WinScan, click on the WinScan icon created on your desktop.
Current Firmware Software and DocumentationPMI® equipment and software documentation is now available electronically. All documentation is on the WinScan CD included with each scanner shipped. As a PMI® equipment owner, you are free to print as many copies of the documentation as needed. Please note that as PMI® is the High Technology Leader for Power Quality Scanners/Recorders, advancements can happen quickly. PMI® posts new and enhanced documents to this site as soon as they become available. We have made some of our firmware available on this website. Select the firmware package for products in red in the following chart that correspond with either WinScan or ProVision™. This download will automatically extract the firmware files to the default location where WinScan or ProVision™ stores firmware files. If your product is not listed in red, please contact us at 1-800-296-4120 to receive the latest firmware for your PMI® product. Please have your scanner model and serial number available.
