Power Monitors, Inc. (PMI) warrants that each new product manufactured and sold is free of defects in material, workmanship, and construction.When used in accordance with the operation manual, our products will perform to applicable specifications and is warranted for a period of 1 (one) year after shipment. If examination by PMI discloses that the product has been defective, then PMI's obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at PMI's option, of the defective unit or its components. PMI is not responsible for products that have been subject to misuse, alteration, or repairs not performed by PMI.
PMI warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written material and is limited to warranty for a period of 1 (one) year after shipment or download. Some states do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above indication may not apply to each state. We will warrant any replacement software for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
Return of Defective Equipment and/or Software: If any PMI product requires repair(s) or is defective, please call PMI at 1-800-296-4120 before shipping the unit to PMI. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone through Customer Support, PMI will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. For prompt service, all shipments to PMI must include:
Equipment returned to PMI must be shipped with freight charges prepaid. After repair, PMI will return equipment FOB (freight on board) from Mt. Crawford, VA. If equipment is repaired under warranty obligation, freight charges (excluding air freight or premium services) will be refunded or credited to the customer's account. Return equipment to:

Payment will be made for goods purchased in the amount pursuant to the terms set forth in the invoice. If the customer defaults in paying when due, then the total outstanding balance of all invoices on the customer's account, together with the interest and collection costs, will be due immediately.
Please verify receipt of all goods listed on the "Packing List" upon receipt of order. Please notify Power Monitors, Inc. within three (3) business days of any shipping discrepancies.
All shipments are sent FOB, Mt. Crawford, VA, via UPS ground. If you want other shipping arrangements, notify us at time of your order.
If you receive a package that is damaged in transit please advise the carrier and refuse/return the shipment to Power Monitors, Inc. Unreported freight damage beyond three (3) business days is the responsibility of the recipient.
If Power Monitors, Inc. supplies a demo unit to a customer, then the customer is responsible for returning the unit within three (3) weeks of receipt of the unit. If the unit has not been returned to Power Monitors, Inc. within 30 days, and no request has been made for an extension, the customer will be billed for the unit.
If the product is returned beyond 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please contact your Account Executive at 1-800-296-4120 before shipping.
In the event that a unit requires repairs, please contact an Account Executive at 1-800- 296-4120 to request a Return Authorization number. PMI will test the unit and will provide an estimate for the cost of repairs. Customer approval will be obtained before proceeding with repairs.
The customer agrees to pay interest in the lesser amount of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law on any past due amount.
The customer agrees to pay Power Monitors, Inc. all costs and expenses incurred in exercising its rights to collect amounts due.
