Go to www.powermonitors.com
Click on Support.
In the Support menu on the left, click Downloads
In the Download Folders menu, click Firmware
Click the link "Latest Firmware for ProVision™ Users". You will be taked to the download page.
Click on the "Download Now" button, and select Run. If you can't run the program from your browser, save it to your desktop. After the download is complete, double-click the file on your desktop.
Take all the defaults and when asked if you want to overwrite existing files select Yes to All.
Connect to the recorder.
If using an Eagle, Revolution or Guardian make sure the recorder is in Standby Mode.
You can click on Recorder Switch to Standby Mode if it isn’t.
Click on Options, Show Advanced Operations. If you close ProVision you will have to select Options, Show Advanced Operations again when you restart ProVision.
You can now select Recorder, Upload Firmware.
